How do I start buying on Haus of Aurah?

Use the search bar or browse the collection you’re interested in. To add the model to your cart, select the available customization options. After finalizing your selection, check if the chosen option has a price variation informed. For most of the product families, the price changes according to size or custom finishes or boards, for example. After finalizing your purchase, proceed to checkout.

How do I place an order?

How long is the lead time?

If we have the finish and dimensions in stock that match your project demand, delivery is made within 5 business days. As almost all models offered are customizable, including finish color, crystal color, product dimensions, and board type, for example. We have a sample collection in our showroom, but it is highly likely that your piece will be made to order. Therefore, we operate with a maximum delivery time of up to 45 days, starting from the date of order confirmation. It’s worth mentioning that the products offered by Haus of Aurah are produced only in very limited quantities by our approved manufacturers, ateliers, and design studios

How do refunds and returns work?

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days after the order delivery time. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a product exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unless the product received is not in conformity or has a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to the following address: 1673, Placentia Ave Ste # B Costa Mesa, CA 92627. The Store credit will be generated in up to 5 days after we receive the return and will be available for any new purchase at the online store.
